雖然唸商，修了商事法，但坦承碰到法人、公司等法律實體章程和規章(不是立法)的文本會面有難色，今天才推了一個案件；對此還想上手只能讀些範本，做做功課，剛好最近有份應時的：

In the case of an applicant which is not sovereign or not responsible for the conduct of its international relations, application for membership in the Bank shall be presented or agreed by the member of the Bank responsible for its international relations
